I Bought a LEGO Set for My Spouse’s Birthday but It Still Hasn’t Shipped

On November 11, 2025 I purchased the LEGO Icons “The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell” set with order number TS1111465793, using a credit card, for $412. I bought it as a birthday gift for my spouse. At the time of order it was stated that the shipment would be made within 3–5 business days. However, although the status was later updated to “shipped,” when I contacted the courier company I was informed that the item had not yet been received by them — only a code entry was made. This feels like a stall tactic to buy time, and it has upset me badly. Especially for special occasions, buying LEGO for each other has been a meaningful tradition for us, but this delay has ruined the meaning of the gift and my spouse’s birthday has passed.
I contacted LEGO customer service and was told there was a delay due to a promotional campaign, and that my order would be shipped as soon as possible. However, this is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem and I want my grievance resolved immediately.
