The return package I sent to Lefties through DHL, with tracking number 000264425414001, was delivered to the company on January 28, 2026. However, even though more than three weeks have passed, I still have not received my refund. I originally paid $43 with my Mastercard credit card, and I expect this amount to be refunded to me as soon as possible.
Although DHL shows the return as delivered, Lefties’ system still lists the item as “in transit.” Because of this discrepancy, I have not been able to get a clear response through customer service channels or find anyone who can properly address the issue.
I request that my return be processed in the Lefties system and that the $43 payment be urgently refunded to my credit card. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
