I Noticed Severe Color Fading on My Camper Shoes After Just 2 Months of Use
I bought a pair of Camper shoes expecting high quality from such a well-known and respected brand. However, after just two months of normal wear, the color of the shoes started to noticeably fade and discolor—far beyond what could be considered normal wear and tear. I’ve attached photos that clearly show the extent of the color changes.
I brought the shoes to Boyner where I purchased them, and they were sent in for inspection. Unfortunately, Camper responded negatively and refused to take responsibility or offer any sort of solution. I'm deeply disappointed—if a pair of Camper shoes can deteriorate in just two months, what brand are we supposed to trust anymore?
To make matters worse, every time I try to leave a review or file a complaint, it gets rejected or ignored. I feel completely dismissed as a customer. This is unacceptable for a premium brand. I demand that Camper address this issue seriously and provide either a refund or a replacement. I won’t stay silent about a product that clearly has quality issues. It's time for Camper to stand behind their name and show they value customer satisfaction.
