Camper Shoes Cracked & Faded After 5 Wears—No Support from Customer Service

I purchased a pair of Camper shoes, expecting quality, but after wearing them just five times, they started cracking and changing color. I didn’t wear them in the rain or mud, and I never applied any products like polish or dye—yet they deteriorated quickly.

Since I bought them only two months ago, I sent them for inspection. However, Camper blamed it on "user error" instead of taking responsibility for the poor quality. How can this be my fault when I took proper care of the shoes? I’m shocked by their response.
