My Zara Online Order Not Delivered Despite Marked as Delivered
I placed an order with Zara, worth around ₺4,000, and it was supposed to be delivered on September 27, 2024. However, I never received the package, despite it showing as "delivered." After checking my building’s security camera footage, it was confirmed that no delivery took place. I contacted Zara, but they only responded that the investigation is ongoing. I bought these items for my child who just started school, and it’s been two weeks without receiving them or getting a refund. Because of this, I can’t reorder the items either. Zara needs to resolve this issue with their shipping company and not pass the problem on to their customers. I expect a quick resolution!
