Foreign Object Found in Lay's Yoghurt and Seasonal Greens Chips

Last week I bought Lay's Yogurt and Seasonal Greens chips. Towards the end of the bag, I discovered a foreign object in the chips, and my initial reaction was one of shock and disgust. An extended plastic structure emerged with the chips as one unit. I've included photographs to this message to show you exactly what I'm talking about. It worries me that this might be dangerous to people's health, and I have the right as a consumer to demand only the highest quality and most secure goods. Please accept my sincere apology and compensation for the trouble this has caused me. I trust that you will look into this issue seriously and act quickly to determine its origin and take measures to prevent a recurrence. My trust in your company and its dedication to its customers has been bolstered by how quickly and efficiently you handled this issue.
