My Pierre Cardin Sweater Missing from Delivery

On November 10, 2025, I ordered four sweaters from the Pierre Cardin brand through Trendyol. My order number is 10684506752. The package was delivered to my address at Istanbul, but one of the sweaters was missing.
Since that day, I’ve spoken with both Trendyol and Pierre Cardin customer service multiple times. Trendyol keeps telling me, “Call again tomorrow, let’s wait,” giving me the same runaround every day. Pierre Cardin says they can’t help because the purchase was made through Trendyol and directs me back to them. For five days, I’ve been left without a solution, with both companies passing responsibility to each other.
I request that the missing sweater be sent to me immediately. Even a small local shop wouldn’t cause this kind of problem. I want my issue resolved as soon as possible.
