Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus Screen Makes Clicking Sound

On September 16, 2025, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus 12/256 GB (Black) from the N11 store “Cep-Hane Teknoloji,” paying $1,228 USD. About a month after I started using the device, I noticed an annoying mechanical “clicking” sound coming from the middle of the screen (specifically around the fingerprint sensor area) whenever I pressed on it. The screen feels elastic and flexible, something I have never experienced on any phone before. In addition, the demo units I checked in the mall and the same model phones my friends own do not make this sound at all.

To resolve the issue, I went to the KVK service center located on Mecidiyeköy Likör Yanı Street on November 4. However, I was told that there was “no problem” with the device and that this situation was “normal.” When I went back to pick up the phone, I checked it again together with the technician, and he confirmed the sound himself. He told me, “Use it like this for now; if the issue gets worse, come back again.”

Since the issue continued, I brought the phone back to the same service center on November 8. I explained the situation in detail, demonstrated the sound, and even uploaded a video of the issue directly onto the device. Despite this, my phone was returned to me by courier with the message: “No malfunction detected; the device operates within factory standards.”

I also contacted Samsung customer service, but they simply advised me to visit the KVK service center again. My device is still under warranty, and I have the invoice. I am attaching both the video of the issue and my receipt.

It has been less than 45 days since my purchase, and facing such a problem with no solution has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. I believe there is a specific hardware defect in my device. I do not accept using the phone in its current condition. My primary request is a device replacement; if that is not possible, I request a full refund.

My order number is 205737538535.
