Lastminute.com Won’t Refund My Oman Ticket—Paid €1500, Only Got €229 Back

I booked a flight to Oman through Lastminute.com and even purchased insurance to ensure I could cancel if needed. However, when I canceled my ticket, I never received my full refund. I paid €1500, but they only refunded €229—where is the rest of my money?

To make things worse, customer support is completely unresponsive. Their phone numbers don’t work, and no one is helping me. This is completely unacceptable! If I paid for an insured ticket, I should get my refund as promised. Lastminute.com, I demand my full refund immediately! If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate this issue further. Fix this now and return my money!
