Trip.com Flight Ticket Refund Shows as Processed but Not Received
I booked a flight ticket on Trip.com but canceled it on the same day. The refund amount of ₺3,554 is marked as "refunded" when I check on the website. However, after contacting my payment provider, I was informed that no refund has been processed to my card.
This is extremely frustrating—I followed all cancellation policies and was assured of a refund, yet my money is nowhere to be found. If the refund was actually processed, why hasn’t it appeared in my account?
I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. Trip.com, please take action and ensure my refund is correctly issued without further delay.
