During Hepsiburada’s big July sale, I purchased a Lancome mascara specifically because it was advertised with a gift set that included a mini perfume and a mini mascara. The product was already quite expensive, but I justified the high price because of the added value from the free gifts. When my order arrived, I received only the mascara—no gift set included.
I immediately reported the missing items to Hepsiburada through their support system. They acknowledged the issue and said the complaint was under review. Days passed, the campaign ended, and about a week later I noticed the exact same Lancome mascara being sold on Hepsiburada for just ₺875—marked down heavily from the ₺1600 I had paid. Now, more than a month later, they’re offering me a mere ₺150 compensation coupon as if that makes up for the missing items and massive price drop.
This feels insulting. I don’t even know whether to direct my frustration at Lancome or Hepsiburada. The mascara is still sitting unopened—I can’t bring myself to use it because I’m so angry about how this was handled. I demand either the promised gift set or a full refund reflecting the difference I overpaid. Do better.
