Lancome Mini Beauty Box Arrived Without the Lipstick I Ordered


On November 28, 2024, I purchased a Lancome mini beauty box from Hepsiburada with order number 4670334072. However, the lipstick was missing from the box. I submitted a missing item request and provided all the details as an attachment. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no updates or resolution from the company. Since December 7, I have been waiting for the missing product to be shipped to me. The lack of attention and response is unacceptable. Such negligence damages customer trust and reflects poorly on the company’s reputation. I have never encountered such poor service quality from a company after paying so much money. I demand that my missing product be sent to me immediately, or I will initiate legal proceedings.
