Lacoste Shoes I Bought on Trendyol Fell Apart and Were Not Sent for Evaluation

I purchased a pair of Lacoste shoes from Trendyol in June 2024, and they were only worn during the season—just 3 to 4 months. They were never washed or used in wet conditions, yet the entire shoe started falling apart. When I sent the product to the seller for analysis, it was simply returned with the note "not suitable for resale." But I didn’t send it for a refund—I sent it to be forwarded to the brand for evaluation. If the brand had seen the condition of the shoes, maybe they would be ashamed of selling such poor-quality products to their customers. The seller didn’t bother to investigate and just sent it back. As a result, I was left both disappointed and out of pocket.
