Disappointing Stay at Labranda Mares Marmaris – Poor Service and Facilities

As someone who regularly stays at five-star Ultra All-Inclusive resorts, I found Labranda Mares Marmaris to be far below expectations. The drink selection was extremely weak, and the minibar wasn’t refilled daily as promised. The hotel itself felt old and poorly maintained. When I inquired about negative reviews, they brushed it off, claiming that competitors or former employees were behind them—but unfortunately, the reviews turned out to be accurate. Finding a sunbed was nearly impossible, though the food was decent. Overall, don’t expect the quality you’d get from hotels in Antalya or Bodrum. We stayed for 5 nights, and even check-in was delayed beyond the stated 3:00 PM time. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.
