I deliberately bought their product through N11, specifically choosing their official store because I know there are so many counterfeit products out there. I wanted to ensure I got a genuine item directly from the brand. But to my shock, the package arrived from a completely different sender called "Kırmızı Beyaz"!

This is utterly unacceptable. If I wanted to buy from "Kırmızı Beyaz," I would have ordered from them directly. I intentionally paid a higher price to purchase from what I believed was the official La Roche-Posay store on N11, all to guarantee authenticity. What was the point of my careful selection if you're just going to outsource the fulfillment to another retailer without disclosure? This feels incredibly deceptive and misleading coming from such a large company.
