On February 12, 2026, I purchased La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 100 ml through Trendyol from the “La Roche-Posay” seller, under order number 10959449208-5896. This was my first time trying this specific product, although I have previously used other products from the same brand without any issues.
I used the product a total of three times, both during the day and at night. After using it, I experienced redness, breakouts of various sizes, itching, and noticeable dryness on my skin. My skin even started to flake significantly. Since I have never experienced such a reaction with La Roche-Posay products before, I have started to question the authenticity of the product I received.
I request that both La Roche-Posay and Trendyol verify the authenticity of this product. If it is determined that the product is not genuine, I would like it to be accepted for return and for my payment to be fully refunded.
