Otelz Has Not Refunded My Cancelled Hotel Reservations
I made two separate reservations through Otelz for Sivas Otel Çakır for 20 April, with reservation numbers 5630764 and 5630496. I cancelled both reservations on 20 April and, according to the terms, a total of ₺11,362.86 should have been refunded to my credit card ending with 8157. However, despite the time that has passed, no refund has been made to my card. I tried to reach Otelz customer service by phone and via WhatsApp, but I could not get through to anyone and my WhatsApp messages have not been answered. I find it unacceptable that both the refund has not been processed and that there is no response from customer service. I request that the total amount of ₺11,362.86 for my reservations numbered 5630764 and 5630496 be urgently refunded to my card ending with 8157 and that I be informed in writing about the completion of this process.
I canceled my hotel reservations for April 20 and 21, 2026, but even after 20 days, no refund has been made to my credit card. I had received cancellation confirmation from Otelz and the hotel, yet the customer service phone lines and WhatsApp messages did not respond. I now think the brand gives the impression of being a fraudulent operation without a corporate identity, and I will never use it again.
