Since 8 May, my 1WIN withdrawal of 5000 INR to my SBI bank account has been marked as “completed” on the platform, but the money has not been credited to my account. I contacted 1WIN customer support multiple times and explained that I have not received the funds, but they have not provided any effective help and have not shared the UTR number for the transaction. To clarify the issue, I also contacted my bank, SBI, and they informed me that no such transaction has been received or processed on their side. I shared my bank statement as proof that the amount was not credited, yet the problem remains unsolved and my money is still missing. I request that 1WIN urgently investigate this withdrawal, provide the UTR number and full transaction details, and either ensure that the 5000 INR is immediately credited to my SBI account or refund it back to my 1WIN balance without any further delay.
