I purchased the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume product at a discounted price from the La Roche-Posay seller on Trendyol (Order No: #10653323268). When I first opened the product, I noticed a strong fishy smell, which made me suspect that the product might be spoiled. In addition, the lot number on the box and the lot number on the tube are different, which has seriously raised concerns about the product’s authenticity.
After this issue, I contacted customer service and was simply told to “return it.” However, since I bought the product at a discounted price, it is now impossible for me to find the same discount again.
