StarPets Took My Apple Pay Payment But Funds Never Arrived
I made a purchase of in-game funds on the Starpets website using my mobile phone on Sunday, May 10, paying a total of $116.11. The payment was completed successfully via Apple Pay, however the money has not appeared in my Starpets account balance. After noticing that the funds were missing, I tried to contact Starpets support, but so far I have not received any response. I am concerned that such a large amount has been charged without delivering the virtual currency I paid for. I request that the $116.11 worth of Starpets funds be added to my account as soon as possible, or that you investigate my payment and resolve this issue promptly. I am ready to provide any payment proof or screenshots if needed.
