I recently purchased the La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ from the seller "Kırmızı Beyaz" on Trendyol (order #10461802820). The product arrived today, just two days after I placed the order. However, I immediately noticed a concerning inconsistency: the barcode number printed on the outer box does not match the barcode on the actual product. To make matters worse, the barcode listed on the invoice is also different from both of them.
Because of these mismatches, I have serious doubts about whether this product is genuine. I have not used it yet, as I am worried about its authenticity and safety. I want Trendyol and the seller to confirm if this is indeed an authentic La Roche Posay product. If the product turns out to be counterfeit or unauthorized, I request to initiate a full return and refund process.
