On February 25, 2025, I ordered the La Roche-Posay B5 product from the DermoKozmo website, but what I received is nothing like the original. I’ve used this product many times before, so I know exactly how it should look, feel, and perform.
The original has a rich, thick consistency, but the one I received is watery and runny. It doesn’t absorb the same way, and it doesn’t give the usual glow or hydration effect that I always experience with the genuine product. It’s clear to me that what I received is not authentic.
Selling imitation products under the name of trusted brands is unacceptable. I am demanding a full refund (₺) for this product and expect DermoKozmo to stop misleading customers with counterfeit items. Please take this seriously and resolve the issue immediately.
