I recently purchased a La Roche-Posay face cleanser, but I have serious doubts about whether the product I received is genuine. There are noticeable differences between this one and the La Roche-Posay cleanser I’ve used before. First of all, the shape and material of the bottle are different, which immediately raised concerns. I initially thought it might be due to a packaging update to reduce plastic, but after using the product, it just doesn’t feel the same.
The texture, scent, and overall experience are not consistent with the original version I trusted. I tried to verify the product’s authenticity through a barcode scan or product verification platform, but there’s no reliable system available to confirm it. This leaves consumers completely in the dark, which is unacceptable for a global skincare brand.
I’m now stuck with a product that I don’t feel safe using on my skin, and I’m frustrated by the lack of clear communication and transparency. I’m asking La Roche-Posay to urgently confirm whether the product I received is authentic. If it turns out to be counterfeit or not up to standard, I expect a full refund of the ₺ I paid. Please respond quickly—customers deserve to know what they’re putting on their skin.
