I purchased La Roche-Posay B5 cream from an online marketplace, but the barcode on the box doesn’t match the barcode on the product inside. I have been using this cream for a long time, and this one feels completely different—the texture and consistency are not the same.

If the barcodes don’t match, how can I be sure this is authentic? This raises serious concerns about counterfeit skincare products being sold online. I paid over ₺1000 for two creams, expecting genuine products, and now I am questioning their authenticity.

I demand an immediate resolution—either a refund or a replacement with a verified original product. Customers deserve transparency and quality assurance. Where is the accountability?
