I Need a Replacement for My Faulty La Roche Posay Hyalu B5 Serum From Trendyol
I purchased the La Roche Posay Hyalu B5 serum on July 30, 2025, through Trendyol (order #10391172811). At first, everything seemed fine and I was able to use it without any problems. However, recently the applicator attached to the cap started separating from the bottle. Now, every time I try to use the product, the applicator detaches, making it very difficult to open and close properly. While the formula and packaging itself appear intact, this defect prevents me from using the serum as intended.
Since the product is no longer functional due to this packaging issue, I do not see it as possible to continue using it. I am requesting a replacement product so that I can use what I paid for in a safe and practical way. I expect Trendyol and La Roche Posay to resolve this matter quickly by exchanging my faulty serum with a new one.
