On March 3rd, I ordered a La Roche-Posay sunscreen from its official seller on Trendyol. I just opened the product today, intending to use it for the first time—and I was shocked. The cream was completely watery, had a strange, unpleasant odor, and was clearly not in usable condition. It felt nothing like the high-quality formula I’ve used from La Roche-Posay before.
I specifically chose this seller because it was listed as La Roche-Posay's official store, so I expected authenticity and quality. Instead, I’m now questioning not only the product but also the reliability of Trendyol and its vetting process for sellers.
This experience has seriously shaken my trust in both the brand and the platform. I will be filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection channels and I demand that this issue be resolved promptly. A replacement or full refund is the very least I expect. Selling unusable skincare is not just frustrating—it could pose a risk to customers’ health.
