Hello, I purchased La Roche-Posay sunscreen from Trendyol last week. It’s the same product I’ve used every summer without any issues—but this time, something is clearly wrong with the formula or the packaging.
Right from the moment I opened it, I noticed that the cap and surrounding area were messy, as if the product had leaked and dried up. I used it for two days, and both times it felt gritty and rough on my skin. Not only did it sting my face, but it also felt like it was scratching the surface of my skin.
This isn’t normal. Either the product is defective, expired, or something went wrong in production or storage. I’m extremely disappointed. I request a full refund immediately. La Roche-Posay and Trendyol—please take responsibility and don’t allow damaged skincare products to be sold.
