A week ago, I ordered La Roche-Posay sunscreen, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The product arrived already opened and had spilled inside the box. Nearly half of the tube was gone. I paid a serious amount (₺) for this, so why is there zero quality control? This isn’t just about packaging—it feels like a different product was filled into the tube. I’ve used this sunscreen before and it was never this runny. The one I received now is extremely watery, like someone diluted it. It flows out like water and doesn’t feel right on the skin at all. I’m seriously questioning whether this is even authentic. La Roche-Posay, I expect a full explanation, a replacement, and better care in handling future orders.
