Although I’ve trusted La Roche-Posay for years, my recent experience with their sunscreen was deeply disappointing. When I opened the new tube, I noticed that it felt unusually light. I initially brushed it off, but after accidentally dropping it and the cap cracked, I was shocked to discover that the tube was already more than half-empty. It hadn’t leaked—this was exactly how it was filled and sealed.
The packaging appeared tightly fastened with plastic, yet the amount of actual product inside was nowhere near what I paid for. This isn’t just a minor issue—it feels deceptive. For a brand that positions itself as premium and dermatologically reliable, this kind of oversight is unacceptable.
I expect a full explanation, refund, or replacement from La Roche-Posay and demand better quality control to ensure customers aren’t paying full price for half a product. This experience completely shook my confidence in a brand I used to recommend.
