I recently bought a La Roche-Posay sunscreen from Dermoeczanem—one of the sites I’ve always trusted. This has been my go-to sunscreen for years, and I’ve never had any issues with it—until now. The product that arrived is a strange yellow color, completely different from the usual white or off-white shade I’m familiar with.
This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such a problem with La Roche-Posay, and I’m honestly shocked. I paid a significant amount—₺—for this sunscreen, and now it feels like money thrown away. I don’t feel safe putting it on my face, and I can’t understand how such a reputable brand could allow this kind of quality issue to slip through.
It’s especially disappointing because I ordered from a “trusted” source and still ended up with a product that seems off or defective. I expect a clear explanation from La Roche-Posay and a full refund or replacement. This is not acceptable for a brand that promotes safety and consistency. Please respond and make this right.
