I ordered a skincare set from a La Roche-Posay seller that included a face wash, thermal spring water, and sunscreen. While the face wash and thermal water seem fine—their barcodes are properly registered in the UTS system—the sunscreen immediately raised suspicion. The barcode on the sunscreen box is different from the one on the actual product inside. Only the box is registered in the UTS system, but the barcode on the tube itself shows no record. This has made me question whether the sunscreen is authentic or if I was sent a counterfeit product. I paid good money (₺) for a brand I trusted, and now I feel uneasy using it on my skin.
