I recently purchased La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 and wanted to confirm its authenticity before applying it to my skin. I checked the barcode number printed on the box, and while it appears to be registered in the ÜTS (Product Tracking System), I ran into a major issue when scanning the QR codes on both the box and the product itself.

Neither of the QR codes led to any official records or verification results. In today’s market, where counterfeit skincare is a growing concern, this is extremely unsettling. If the QR codes are provided, they should work—otherwise, it defeats the purpose of consumer protection tools.

Now, I’m left questioning whether the product I received is truly authentic, and relying only on the barcode printed on the box just isn’t enough to be sure. I paid ₺ for this sunscreen and deserve to feel confident that it’s safe and legitimate.

La Roche-Posay, I need a clear explanation: Why do the QR codes fail to verify? Should I be concerned about this product’s origin? Please respond urgently and provide proper guidance on confirming authenticity. Customers deserve transparency and reassurance when it comes to skincare.
