However, when I scanned the barcode of the product using Turkey’s ÜTS (Product Tracking System), it returned a message saying, “No record found.” This immediately raised red flags for me regarding the authenticity of the product.
Considering I made this purchase believing it came from the official store, I find it deeply concerning that the product cannot be verified. Given that this is a skincare product that I’m supposed to apply to my face daily, I expect full transparency and authenticity—especially from a brand like La Roche-Posay.
I am now left unsure whether I should use the sunscreen or throw it away. I’m urgently requesting clarification and verification from La Roche-Posay regarding this product’s origin. Customers deserve to know exactly what they’re putting on their skin, and selling potentially unverified products damages trust. Please address this issue and confirm whether this item is genuine.
