Kuveyt Türk Failed to Provide My Credit Card Statement Needed for Legal Case

I am submitting this complaint regarding not providing me with my credit card statement (XXX6948) for the period from April 1, 2017 to April 1, 2018. This complaint comes despite my filing several internal requests and complaints over the past two months, including a complaint against Kuveyt Türk's Mezitli branch, to no avail. I was informed by bank staff that the detailed transactions for the requested period "do not appear," which is unacceptable, especially since I have repeatedly stated that I urgently need these statements to use in a legal case. According to Turkish financial laws, banks are required to retain account statements and customer data for at least ten years. This means that the requested statement must be available, and I have the right to receive it. The failure to provide me with the requested statement has already caused me significant financial and moral damage, obstructed justice, and delayed the legal proceedings I intended to pursue. To date, this unjustified delay has led to numerous problems that I have unjustifiably endured. I also request that you provide me with a full credit card statement from the date of creation to the date of closure to avoid future procrastination should I need a statement for a later period. Therefore, I request that you take urgent action to address this issue and provide me with the requested account statement as soon as possible. I confirm that if a prompt response is not forthcoming, I will regretfully be forced to initiate legal action against the bank and anyone proven to have been negligent or to have caused me harm.
