Kuveyt Turk Closed My Corporate Account Overnight and Blocked the Payments

I am very unhappy with Kuveyt Turk and their supposed commitment to professionalism. A few days ago, my corporate account was unexpectedly closed overnight, causing a major disruption to my POS devices and payments. When I reached out to customer service, nobody seemed to have any answers. Neither the department handling suspicious transactions nor the head office could provide any assistance. Everyone simply instructed me to visit the branch. The following day, I visited the branch, and surprisingly, they seemed just as clueless about the situation. They casually informed me that they would be closing my accounts, showing no concern for the significant amount of money still owed to me in pending POS payments. After facing considerable pressure, the payments were successfully credited the following day. So, what happened next? My account was blocked as soon as the money arrived! I have slips and receipts for several days. Why would you treat me in such a way? Who is responsible for this? Can you please provide an update on the status of my funds and payments? My cards are blocked, and my account is gone—this is outrageous!
