Yapı Kredi ATM Error Held My Kuveyt Türk Deposit and Requires 15-Day Wait

On October 28, 2027, at 4:20 PM, I attempted to deposit cash at Yapı Kredi ATM #106848 using my Kuveyt Türk account. The ATM started counting the cash, but then out of nowhere, an error message popped up: "We can't finish your deposit transaction right now." Get in touch with your bank to request a refund. I reached out to customer service right away and submitted a request, but they said it could take up to 15 days to get back to me. If things don’t go well, the ATM has video footage, and it logs the exact time of the transaction—so what’s with the 15-day wait? This is a simple problem, and I’d like it sorted out quickly. It seems pretty excessive and unnecessary to wait that long for my own money.
