Kuveyt Türk Delayed My Credit Card Payment Processing for Hours and Gave Poor Support
Despite making my Kuveyt Türk credit card payment at 15:50, it is absurd that it has been pending in authorization for three hours. When I called customer service twice, the first representative told me to check back in five minutes. After some time, I called again, and the second representative spoke in an unhelpful and condescending manner. My first call was at 15:59, and the second was at 18:41. I recommend that the relevant departments review these call center interactions and provide necessary feedback or retraining if needed. Additionally, I am surprised that a bank would be unable to resolve such an issue within this timeframe.
After saying that a meeting would be arranged, no contact was made in any way within 1 business day. I do not want to be contacted either. I am sending this response just so that the people reading my complaint here do not think that the bank is attentive and concerned. Best regards.
