The employees of Kuveyt Türk Beylikdüzü E5 branch, especially my representative, act as if they are running a private business rather than a corporate bank. When I go to deposit foreign currency, they refuse to accept it with all sorts of excuses. You can neither deposit nor withdraw money. They claim there is a daily deposit limit of $19,000, and on top of that, you must keep the money in the account for at least three months. Who do you think you are? What do you take yourselves for? I’ll deposit today and withdraw tomorrow—do I need your permission? I’m closing my account and will never do business with Kuveyt Türk again. An absolute disgrace! Neither a proper bank nor proper banking!
