Kuveyt Türk Bank Gold Withdrawal Delay
I have a gold account with Kuveyt Turk Bank. When I started the account, I was informed that I could withdraw physical gold. They stated I may pick it up from the bank with advance notice, often within 1-2 business days. On April 15, 2024, I tried calling the Kuveyt Turk Balgat branch many times but was unable to reach them. When I finally reached out to Kuveyt Turk customer support, I stated that I couldn't get to the Balgat branch and wanted to withdraw actual gold from my account. They took my request and indicated I may withdraw it within 15 business days. Today is May 6, 2024, and it's been about a month, yet I still haven't heard back. I feel like a victim in this circumstance. Who will recompense us for our losses? I urgently request that my complaint be resolved as quickly as possible. I reserve my legal rights.
