Kuveyt Türk Bank – Delay in Physical Gold Withdrawal
I've been a loyal customer of Kuveyt Türk Bank for years, with a gold account. Currently, I've been experiencing delays at the Kaynarca branch for the past two weeks when attempting to withdraw my gold in person. They always come up with excuses like "it hasn't arrived from headquarters" or "it's not available yet." I need my gold immediately. Kindly provide me with the release at your earliest convenience. If not, I will transfer my gold to another bank and close my account!
