Kuveyt Türk Bank Gold Transfer Error
I recently had a really annoying problem with the mobile and internet services of Kuveyt Türk Bank. You cannot transfer funds from a gold account to another bank's gold account. You can only make transfers at the bank branch until 3:00 PM on weekdays. So, if you're working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and your branch is in another city, you'll have to sell your gold at Kuveyt Türk first and then make the transfer. If the recipient prefers to receive the funds in gold, you will have to bear the costs associated with buying, selling, and transferring gold once again. Doing business with a gold account at Kuveyt Türk Bank, the bank we selected for its 'halal banking' principles, becomes challenging as they do not permit gold EFTs to other banks.
