Kuveyt Türk Bank Deducted Fees From My $37 Transfer Leaving Me With Nothing
I got $37 from TikTok in my account yesterday. So, TikTok hit me with a $10 transaction fee, and then Kuveyt Türk Bank snagged the rest, $27, as a SWIFT fee. Classic! Seriously, can someone explain the reasoning behind this? It's frustrating how both TikTok and the bank are just raking in fees, leaving me with nothing at the end of the day. Can anyone help me understand how this makes sense? I’m totally confused and unhappy with both TikTok and Kuveyt Türk Bank. I’m going to fight for my rights on every platform available, and I’ll even be reaching out to CİMER after this. It's really annoying to witness these unjust charges being applied without any clear explanation or assistance for the customer.
You are not contacting me, claiming that the deduction is legal. The total amount of money coming into my account is 27 dollars, and you are seizing all of it. Where in the world is there such a business ethic? Where has it been seen that the sender deducts 10 dollars and you take 27 dollars? So what am I supposed to eat? What's left for me? I don't want this money; the money that came into my account should be returned exactly to the sender's account. I do not accept this transaction of the incoming money. From here on, I will go as far as filing a lawsuit with CIMER and the Consumer Rights Court. You cannot rob people like this in this day and age; this is an unfair gain.
Although Kuveyt Türk is not a bank that deals with interest, I was very upset that they caused me such inconvenience. However, I thank them for resolving the issue.
