Kuveyt Türk Keeps Rejecting My Card Limit Increase Despite Regular Payments

I’ve been attempting to raise the limit on my Kuveyt Türk Sağlam Card via the app, but my requests are consistently being denied without any clear reason. I currently don’t have any other active credit cards, and my existing card limit is actually lower than my monthly salary. It has stayed the same for the last three years, even though I've made my payments consistently and on time. As a conscientious customer with a reliable payment history, I anticipated a more helpful and clear process. It's really disappointing to lack clear communication regarding the reasons behind the rejection of my limit increase requests. Loyal customers who take care of their accounts should definitely receive more recognition. I really hope this issue gets sorted out quickly, as it has turned into quite a hassle.
