Kuryenet Tried to Deliver My Card to a 20-Year-Old Address I No Longer Own

Denizbank has sent me a card bearing tracking number 631426228. I cannot get anyone who can assist when I phone customer service. They say they would forward a link to make an appointment, but when I enter the system I find two addresses recorded. One is the house we sold back in 2003; the other is an address I have never heard of in my life. On file, the bank has my current residence and business address. Where should they be sending my card? Why are they trying to deliver it to an address either entirely unknown or 20+ years old? Should problems with my card surface, I will not take ownership of the fallout.
