Vakıfbank Sent My Canceled Bankomat Card to an Old Address Without Notifying Me

Vakıfbank reissued an additional card that I had previously cancelled, without my knowledge, stating that its expiration date had passed. They mailed the card to an address I haven't lived at for two years, which is a thousand kilometers away from where I currently reside. I called Vakıfbank customer service over 20 times, but they still couldn't find my card in their system or update my address. This has created a significant hassle, putting me in a tricky position with no solution in sight. I anticipated a higher level of coordination and responsiveness from such a large bank. Their failure to manage such a simple problem has raised significant concerns and has greatly diminished my confidence in their services.
