My KuCoin Withdrawal Rejected Despite Full Verification

I've been a loyal user of KuCoin for almost 2 years now, and I'm pleased to say that my account balance currently stands at $45,000. Unfortunately, my withdrawal requests have been consistently denied. This money was allocated for my wedding. I have email verification, ID verification, and two-factor Google authentication, so I don't understand why this is happening. Kindly address this matter promptly.
