Telegram Phone Number Banned - Cannot Register Or Login

I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with my mobile number being banned on Telegram and I kindly request your urgent assistance. My phone number is +91 8660959***, I am using Telegram from India, and I am unable to register or log in because the app states that my number is banned. I noticed this problem today at around 11:04, when I tried to use Telegram and received the ban notification. This number has been used with Telegram before, but now I can no longer access the service. I have already tried to contact Telegram support about this issue, but so far my problem remains unresolved and the number is still banned. I respectfully request that you review this situation, explain if there was any specific reason for the ban, and most importantly unban my phone number so that I can continue using Telegram again on my device (realme RMX5085, app version 12.5.0, OS SDK 36, locale en).
