On March 7 at 6:54 PM, I placed an order from the restaurant Cajun Corner through Yemeksepeti, with the order number #ilzq-2610-octf.
Even though the order screen showed the status as **“preparing” for about 40 minutes—and it still shows the same status—I called the restaurant directly and was told that the order had actually been canceled on their side.
Despite this cancellation, no refund appears in my Yemeksepeti wallet or on my bank/credit card.
I paid for this order using a credit/debit card, and even though the order was canceled, the payment has not been refunded to me.
I was also unable to reach Yemeksepeti live support, and since customer service was outside of working hours, I could not find anyone to assist me.
I request that the payment for my canceled order be refunded to my card or to my Yemeksepeti wallet as soon as possible. I also ask that, in situations like this, users be informed more quickly and clearly about order status updates and cancellation/refund processes.
