I recently changed my phone number, but KuCoin is still holding on to my old contact information, preventing me from withdrawing my funds. I can deposit without any problem, yet every time I try to withdraw, the two-factor authentication code is sent to my outdated number. This situation is beyond frustrating, as I have no way to access the code that would complete my withdrawal. I have repeatedly reached out for help, but I haven’t found a straightforward solution or direct support to assist me. This lack of responsiveness makes me feel completely stuck and disappointed with KuCoin.
