I recently logged into my KuCoin account and successfully completed the identity verification process. However, the system keeps asking me to verify my identity again, which makes no sense. On top of that, my account balance now shows as zero, even though I had purchased crypto assets that should still be in my account.

When I tried reaching out to customer support, I encountered another major issue—there’s no proper language support, making communication nearly impossible. I have been unable to get any clear response or resolution.

I demand an immediate fix for this problem and the restoration of my funds. KuCoin needs to address this issue as soon as possible!
